Cut repeat tickets with visitor context

The most expensive sentence in support is “which page were you on?” The visitor already told you — they are still on it. Live chat with a visitor list makes that sentence optional.

Watch the URLs that create tickets

If /pricing and /checkout dominate the live list, staff those hours. Proactive chat is not spam when three people have been idle on shipping for five minutes. It is cheaper than the email they will send after they leave.

Keep the thread on the contact

When the same email comes back, the history should be in ChatDix, not in someone’s head. Close chats that are done so the queue is honest. Reopen if they return. Contacts exist so the second agent is not a stranger.

Caps are a forcing function

If you constantly hit the conversation limit, you do not have a widget problem. You have volume. Upgrade, or write better on-page copy for the questions that repeat. The product will not hide the cap — that is intentional.
